Hello friends! I am Karrie.
I’m passionate about helping people find their courage through creative expression. I believe art has a unique ability to connect us with our emotions, reveal inner strength, and foster healing. My courses are designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you tap into your emotions in ways that words alone often cannot.
As an artist, speaker, and advocate for mental health and healing, I draw from my own personal experiences to create courses that inspire transformation. Life has presented me with deep challenges—trauma, loss, and adversity—and I’ve found solace and power in creative expression. From witnessing the tragic loss of my nephew to navigating my own health battles, art has always been my lifeline. It’s through art that I’ve turned pain into purpose.
The courses I create are not just about learning artistic techniques—they are about opening up, letting go, and transforming your emotions into something meaningful. Whether you’re working through grief, exploring your personal growth, or simply seeking a creative outlet, my courses offer a space where you can express your truth without judgment.
Through guided art projects, personal reflections, and hands-on creative work, I aim to help you unlock parts of yourself that may be hidden or held back. Whether you're a seasoned artist or have never picked up a paintbrush, my courses are designed for everyone. I believe that everyone has the potential for creative expression, and that courage comes from being vulnerable enough to create, no matter where you’re starting from.
I invite you to join me in exploring the healing power of art and discover how creativity can help you unlock your emotions, face your fears, and cultivate resilience. Let’s embark on this journey together, as we turn your challenges into opportunities for growth, self-expression, and lasting change.
Welcome to Courses of Courage—where art meets the heart.

My Philosophy
"I believe through creative expression, everyone can unlock their emotions, discover their strength, and transform challenges into growth."
Since beginning my journey as an artist and facilitator, I have worked with individuals from all walks of life, guiding them through the transformative power of art. My experience spans grief support, personal growth, team-building, and youth programming, all rooted in creative expression. This background allows me to understand the emotional needs of each person and provide tailored courses that help them heal, grow, and express themselves authentically.
